Post length is 2.7m, they can be trimmed down if you need it to be shorter, the tanalised treatment goes right through the timber.
The width and length are determined by the options selected above, the first dimension is the width, the second the depth and direction of the roof rails, the dimensions refer to the widest point of the outside of the roof rails, it is then approx 300mm narrower than the roof rail dimension to the outside of the upright posts each side so 600mm in total, so for example a 3 x 3 pergola would be 2.4 x 2.4 to the outside of the upright posts.
We supply steel base plates as an option (this enables securing down onto decking, concrete or other hard surfaces, not required if securing by other means or you are intending on digging a hole and putting posts down into concrete), screws to fix timbers together come with this product as standard. Most pictures are from our customers, some pictures show fence post spikes and different means of fixing to the ground that customers have fitted, these are not included.

Post length is 2.4m or 2.7m, these are selectable above, we recommend 2.4m if you are using base plates to fix down, 2.7m if you are digging into ground/ concrete, if you select 2.4m you get base plates, if you select 2.7m you do not.
The width and length are determined by the options selected above, the first dimension is the width, the second the depth and direction of the roof rails, the dimensions refer to the widest point of the outside of the roof rails, it is then approx 200mm narrower than the roof rail dimension to the outside of the upright posts each side so 400mm in total, so for example a 3 x 3 pergola would be 2.6 x 2.6 to the outside of the upright posts.
We supply a base plate fixing kit when 2.4m posts are selected (this enables securing down onto decking, concrete or other hard surfaces, not required if securing by other means or you are intending on digging a hole and putting posts down into concrete), screws to fix timbers together come with this product as standard, the base plate kit also includes fixing down bolts and washers, extra screws, drill bits and a screwdriver bit. Most pictures are from our customers, some pictures show fence post spikes and different means of fixing to the ground that customers have fitted, these are not included, if base plate kit is selected you will receive our base plates that fix up into the bottom of post and then you have a singular to fix down through, this is sufficient as the weight keeps it in place, a picture of this plate is in the pictures above, dimensions of plates is 140mm x 95mm with one hole in for fixing down.

Along with all bolt down and spiked feet purchases we supply a flat drill bit. After you have cut your posts to the desired length, please use the drill bit to drill a hole into the centre of the bottom of the post - this is to locate your post onto the bolt down or spiked foot. Pergolas ordered with base plates will be cut to 2.4m unless specified otherwise by the customer.

This kit option is the timber frame kit only, no roof ply, fascia's or shingles included, view our Complete Gazebo Kit with Featheredge Roof. This kit has been left without a covering so you can add your weatherproof covering of choice, the gable ends are already assembled for you.
Made from tanalised, pressure treated redwood pine they are built to last and come with a 10 year warranty. This gazebo is very sturdy and durable.
We supply fixing down base plates as part of the kit, these are 220mm x 150mm.

Post length is 2.7m, this perfect for concreting into the ground, sink it 400mm into the ground and you then have overall height of 2300mm.
The width and length are determined by the options selected above, please see the corresponding drawing picture for the selected size to understand where the posts are in relation to the roof, we recommend flicking through the sizes before selecting the colour, this way you have the correct image on the page which shows the sizes of the pergola, if you want to go back to the size image again you simply need to select Light Green for the colour, this will take you back to the picture with dimensions, please enquire if unsure.
