Great item, fairly easy to assemble, looks great would recommend. Thank you.
Instructions could be made more idiot proof especially at the outset making it clearer regarding the differences between the wooden pieces and which ones need to be laid first, this was a bit confusing which resulted in having to restart again.Quality of all pieces were really good, a couple of pieces had small pieces of the wooden interlocking elements chipped off but didn’t detract from final completion, these had got slightly damaged during delivery I suspect.Delivery was good and on time, driver really helpful. Liner easy to fit and great quality.In the end (my choice only) I decided to build the pond 1less level because it stands quite high and would have been too tall for my personal liking. Again this didn’t have any negative impacts and allowed the flexibility of choice I wanted to build slightly smaller. Pond itself looks fab, I did use the bracing bars because building above ground level, I did find that a couple of the wooden panels had slightly warped, so to ensure no chance of movement purchased and added steel braces to add extra strength and piece of mind.

This product is so well made. Its fantastic. So strong as it needs to be as when full this will hold more than 4 tonne of water. So make sure you prepare the ground thoroughly. And lastly the liner lock system is an engineering marvel to behold such a beautiful seemless finish...Superb. p.s my Koi love it...
