Really happy with our new Pergola which was delivered promptly. Assembly instructions were ok to follow, however I feel that there should have been more information when fitting the trellis and some additional dimensions/measurements would have been helpful. Overall, very pleased with the purchase and would use again.
My husband has Parkinson and need to get him into garden safely.The chair is very sturdy and he can lean on to support himself with help to get outside.Will leave outside big doors all the time.Just need a cover for chairs now

Absolutely fantastic, significantly cheaper than some on the market but the quality is fantastic. We’ve used most days since getting it, just a 30 minute soak at the end of the day, no messing with chemicals, you know exactly what you’re spending and looks great sat on our patio.

Product arrived damaged but customer service arranged a replacement part that arrived the next day ( this also arrived damaged) but I managed to repair it myself due to time restrictions I couldn’t wait for another replacement ( the damage was in the same place so maybe a design fault?) but its now in place and looks fabulous 👍

I will admit that at the time of writing we have not had time to try the tub yet but it looks superb and really solidly built. The two young lads that delivered it were amazing, so accommodating. The best thing we could say about the company is that we will recommend them to anyone who is interested in their products. Superb
This pond looks amazing. Was fairly easy to put together . Fish will go in next week and im sure they will love it .

Arrived quickly and seemed good quality, easy to construct. We didn't read the sizing information properly and ended up with pergola that was too small for our requirements but after discussions with the company, this was resolved quickly and they sent us longer roof bars to increase the size. We are very pleased with the end product except for one thing. One of the side bars was split and a bit broke off the end when we were fitting it onto the post on one side. We managed to glue it back on and screwed it together and luckily it was at the back so not highly noticeable. All in all a very nice product for the price
Exactley as described on the website. Excellent product. The delivery driver arrived within the half hour time slot given, very impressive! He was professional, curtious, with knowldge about the product. The instructions were very easy to follow and we built it in one day. Highly recommend this pergola.

A good Gazebo but could be better: Counter sinking of steel base plates too shallow; bracing timber pieces not cut accurately at 45 degrees; assembly instructions not compete; one bowed post, making it difficult to align with others. Professional tools needed to do a good assembly job, particularly on a patio that is not completely level.

Delivered on time and no problem with understanding the instructions. The pergola is if a robust construction and looks exactly as depicted on line. Communication with the company via WhatsApp was easy and uncomplicated. I actually managed to erect the 3 x 2.4 pergola myself without any problem. I’ll definitely use this company again and will have no problem recommending them in the future.

It was easy to install only thing I can say was the base plates aren’t that good in my opinion get some more sturdy ones. The pergola itself was of average quantity I’ve seen worse. But in the grand scheme of things it will do for what we will use it for. The company is easy to deal with and the website is easy to navigate. Would I recommend them yes yes I would.
