Kit delivered while we were on holiday although we requested delivery on our return. However all items present and in good condition. Assembly was easy, everything fitted together perfectly. Some boards were slightly warped, maybe due to the very hot weather. This meant some careful selection when fitting them, some wider gaps are present due to this.
The screws supplied were not the best quality but adequate for the job.
Overall the kit fits well and looks nice.

Easy to assemble although needs 2people ideally for support purposes. Instructions could be a little clearer. Once assembled though a very useful piece of equipment and ideal for me as I have limited space.
Overall quality is great but the instructions need updating. For example the instructions talk about the posts having a long cut and a short cut. On mine the cuts were identical. Also you only supplied 16 x 3 inch screws which the instructions said used for the base feet . This meant there were none for the corners. Also found the corner braces seem to have been cut a few degrees off 45 so jab to plane them to fit properly.
We have now had two ponds from this company.
The first lasted 10yrs if not longer.

My decking pack arrived quickly, delivered with care. My friend helped me put it together and it was really straightforward to assemble.
I really love it, it is great quality wood, really solid. Just make sure you have a really flat surface or buy some decking pads to level it off. All in all a rely fantastic pack, cannot wait to paint it then use it. Thank you.
Only problem was the tongue and groove didnt fit very well apart from that it was quite simple to assemble and does the job
Communication was good and arrived on time , there was more than enough pond liner supplied and the pond was easy to assemble.
Very good quality having a few issues with the in and outlet pipes as they are leaking
