Terms & Conditions: Layzee Living Exhibition Prize Draw 2024
1- The promoter is: Layzee Ltd t/a Layzee Living, company no. 13189846 whose registered office is at 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT.
2- The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Layzee Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the prize draw.
3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
4- By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Layzee Living Prize Draw will be running at the Outdoor Expo at the Birmingham NEC only.
6- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person using different social media profiles on Facebook and Instagram will be disqualified. Entries from organisations such as companies, charities and groups cannot be accepted.
7- Layzee Ltd‘s decision as to those able to take part and the selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the prize draw will be entered into.
8- Closing date for entry is 11.59pm on Sunday 24th March 2024. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
9- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10- The rules of the Layzee Living Prize Draw and how to enter are as follows:

Iii) In order to enter the prize draw simply click ‘like’ and follow each page, the ‘like’ and follow must remain on the page until the prize draw closes.
11- The prize is as follows: One Layzee Living Gift Voucher to the value of £250.00 only. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the 24th March 2024 and can be used for any purchase from the Layzee Living website https://www.layzeeliving.co.uk.
12- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13- One winner will be selected at random from all entries received and verified by Layzee Ltd via a random number generator run by a member of staff supervised by an independent individual unconnected with the prize draw or Layzee Ltd.
14- The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the closing date. The winner will also be named in a social media post on Instagram and Facebook within 24 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15- Layzee Ltd will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
16- By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17- The winner agrees to the use of their name, in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18- The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: info@layzeeliving.co.uk.
19- The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
20- Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21- Layzee Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside their control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Layzee Ltd.
22- Layzee Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
23- Layzee Ltd is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
24- Layzee Ltd’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
25- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Layzee Ltd and not to any other party.
