You can choose whether to put the boards groove side up or flat side up as people have different preferences.

Pond Capacities

*Above approx capacities are at full height of 1 metre, to calculate capacity of pond if lower height of pond is selected, divide the above capacity by 10, (height in metres at full height) and then multiply by the amount of logs high you would like, this will give you your pro-rata capacity.

We would recommend filling your pond to 5.1cm/2in from the top of the wall excluding the top shelf.

Some pictures show items like a water blade and other timber pieces our customers have added, these are not included, the kit is the complete kit and everything required to make a complete pond filled with water but with no filtration, cover or other extra items.

Post length is 2.7m, these can be paired with either the bolt-down feet for going onto concrete or decking or with a spike for going down into grass, this is selectable in the options above.

The width and length are determined by the options selected above, these are the widest part of the roof rails and runners not the posts, please see the corresponding drawing picture for the selected size to understand where the posts are in relation to the roof rails, we recommend flicking through the sizes before selecting the feet type, this way you have the correct image on the page which shows the sizes of the pergola, if you want to go back to the size image again you simply need to select None for the feet type, this will take you back to the picture with dimensions, please enquire if unsure.
