Communication was good and arrived on time , there was more than enough pond liner supplied and the pond was easy to assemble.

I purchased this amazing 5.6 ft 260 gallons hexagonal wooden norlog koi pond two weeks ago. I've now put together and it been up for one week. It's a big job putting in the ground but worth doing my fish are so happy in there new pond. Great pergola good value - would say base plates need additiona securing holes, drilled a couple more in each
