We are living our new 250cm barrel sauna. It arrived just in time for Christmas. We cannot praise highly enough the two builders who assembled it - it was not easy access, it was very cold and it was two days before Christmas yet they remained cheerful and polite the whole time even when finishing it off by headtorch. Thank you so much.

We absolutely love our tub. It’s easy to use, heats well, and feels really well made. We upgraded so we could use magnesium and Epsom salts, and the air and hydrojets are powerful and really enhance the experience. I also had the best night’s sleep afterwards.

The team were super helpful and patient. It took me a while to decide as it’s a big investment, but I never felt rushed.

It arrived mid-December and we’ve already used it several times. Seeing in the New Year in the tub was perfect, and we’ve had it going again for New Year’s Day too.

No regrets at all and I highly recommend.

this is fantastic we have had it a year and it works a treat. The log burner soon heats the water up , usually around 2 hrs, its fun keeping the fire going. I bought it as a present for my wife, she loves it, loads of brownie points! much better than a boring plug in one, and so much more greener. Lazy living were really helpful both in selecting the best set up for us and the delivery guys were great, they went above and beyond in getting it into the back garden. I would highly recommend this company

Excellent in every way, phoned me to arrange a delivery time and date. Driver super helpful and very pleasant. Pond could not have been easier to assemble and liner fits perfectly. Pond looks fantastic and is great value for money.

My husband has Parkinson and need to get him into garden safely.The chair is very sturdy and he can lean on to support himself with help to get outside.Will leave outside big doors all the time.Just need a cover for chairs now

From ordering to delivery and set up was just so easy and was contacted each step of the way by WhatsApp and said it would around 3 week delivery it was into the 5th week but no drama as we were expecting more than 3 weeks for a bespoke order
It was delivered by the company that makes them abroad and the person who delivered it set it all up in about half an hour on our prepared base
We have used it a lot of times now and we are very pleased with the tub
It looks well made and the stove heats our 2 person tub in about an hour and 15 from cold
It is well insulated as we let it go out at night open it up in the morning and it's still warm enough to get in to after 8 hours with no fire on
We just set away the fire before we get in and about 10 mins from lighting the heat can be felt coming through like having the hot water tap constantly running
We have use them before and it will take you a little while to get the hang of it . You don't really need a big fire once the water is warm as it will get to hot to sit in
Just make a big fire to start then once it is warmed off just add a log or two just to keep the fire ticking over otherwise it will get to hot
If you are not sure about the build quality of getting ripped off don't be as it is well worth the money
Start of ordering to jumping in the water was an excellent experience

Extremely sturdy structure. It went together very well and the instructions are excellent. The price was very good.

Absolutely fantastic, significantly cheaper than some on the market but the quality is fantastic. We’ve used most days since getting it, just a 30 minute soak at the end of the day, no messing with chemicals, you know exactly what you’re spending and looks great sat on our patio.
