Easy to assemble and looks really nice. Just don’t buy the fountain kit @£50 as it’s available elsewhere for half the price!
There was an initial problem in that, the chosen location for the pond needed to be leveled and a base of sand put down. That done, the pond was comparatively quick and easy to construct.

Easy simple assembly. Instructions clear. Great addition to the garden and looks lovely in the sunshine.
I’m really pleased with this, my only comment would be, when you open the pack it says in the instructions it’s recommended to put a 2cm layer of sand under the pool area so the pond liner doesn’t come into contact with any sharp objects. I didn’t realise the kit came without a dedicated base for the pond liner and did not have any sand. I improvised using bubble wrap instead and although this is definitely not what the manufacturer recommends, it seems to be working so far. It would have been helpful to know this when purchasing so I could have bought the sand too. Thanks!

The pond was easily assembled and of good quality.There was a slight problem with the liner as the seam had split. I Emailed to advise the issue and received a reply next day and a replacement the day after.Excellent customer service, very happy customer

This was so easy to assemble. Me and my Daughter did it less than an hour . It looks amazing.
Easy to assemble and good value
It was very easy to build - only took me about 20 minutes. All the individual pieces are light and easy to handle, and the instructions were very clear. It looks great now that we have a solar pump and some water plants. The seating round the edge is solid and comfortable. This saved me a lot of time in digging and levelling a sunken pond, and it looks good. I am delighted with it.

The pond was brilliant and everything you said it would be but the pump that came with it wasn’t working properly and still isn’t. I’ve been having trouble for weeks and I’m still waiting for you to give me my money back which apparently was going to happen today. I am still waiting for an email to say that this has happened! 😂
