This product was so simple and easy to set up the directions where so easy to follow.
I recently bought this to create a pond water feature in the garden. It was incredibly easy to put together, with minimal fixings, ingeniously using the weight of the water to hold the frame in place. It is important to get ground level right prior to build and I would recommend treating the timber with your preferred preservative prior to build.

This was our second Norlog pool, the first is still going but we needed to upsize as our fish have grown and multiplied. Price was excellent value, quality was good, as expected and delivery was very quick.
This pond is really high quality, arrived quickly and considering my garden wasn’t flat, this pond was perfect for that, we did flatten out the area and the frame sat well! In place! Looks great/ and liner really high quality! I originally had 5ft pond from this range and upgraded to this my fish love the new space will definitely be using this company again for our garden ponds.

Nice quality product n reasonably simple to put together less than 1 hour and looks good. Only comment it would be good to provide screws to screw the bottom part of frame for initial shape n stability to put the remaining rows on. Other than that great product n customer services.

Battens retaining liner were too long and had to shortened because radius of liner on corners prevented use of all battens at full length.
